Deposits- After you have booked your appointment and paid your deposit please be aware that this is non refundable. You are allowed to change your appointment time 24 hours before your allocated time however after 24 hours you will not be able to change your appointment or receive a refund.
Refunds- This will only be giving to you if we are at fault or a mistake was done from our end.
Late- If you are late the treatment will finish at your allocated slot as we have other customers to cater for. If you are more than 15 minutes late and you do not get in touch with us then other customers can take your slot (please make sure you contact us to let us know if you are going to be late).
No shows- No refunds will be giving and if you do not contact us to let us know why then we will not accept further bookings from you.
